Kim Coston, the owner of OptiMillonDesign4U, is a native of Rochester, N.Y. She’s a graduate of Hampton University (an HBCU) and is a proud life member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., one of The Divine Nine organizations.

Kim has years of experience with handcrafts, embroidering, sewing, and quilting. She fell in love with embroidering baby quilts, burp cloths, bags, etc., which grew to personalizing just about everything for her daughter: from backpacks, swimsuit cover-ups, aprons & chefs’ hats.
